At IPS we specialize in acquisition and supply of parts to Federal, State, Local Government, and Commercial end users. If you need either a simple part or a highly sophisticated end product, IPS will acquire and deliver your product to your specifications while meeting your packaging requirements and delivery specifications in a timely manner.

Our primary capabilities is parts procurement of end products to federal, state, and local government entities who have a need for parts and supplies to which IPS is able to obtain reasonable and competitive pricing.

IPS is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that specializes in providing contract solutions to the Defense Logistics Agency. Our position in the marketplace is that we offer prompt delivery and first-rate service solutions for electronics, communications, first responder, medical, water purification supplies, lighting, electrical equipment, and other supplies. We are Defense Logistics Agency contract holders with goals and ambitions to also provide product solutions support to the Department of Defense and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

There are NO contracts! We know that it is difficult to make money and that is why we charge only a small percentage fee for any load we find. Other dispatchers and brokers may charge much higher fees and likely may not care about the level of customer service they provide to their drivers.

Freight Dispatching

Motor Carrier Compliance

We will help assist the carrier with maintaining US Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance mandates to ensure the carrier can maintain maximum profitability by remaining on the road in full compliance.

Booking Loads

Your dispatcher will search freight and book loads based on the carrier's submitted preferences. Would you like to be home for the weekend? No problem! We keep YOU in the driver's seat!

Effective Communications

Your dispatcher will communicate required information between the carrier and the broker to include call checking and provide clarification on any matters of uncertainty.

Rate Negotiation

A dispatcher will be assigned to you who is available to tend to your dispatching needs while negotiating their hardest to afford you the best rate possible. Your dispatcher will also search for light loads with fast on and off times!
